Our mission is to help heal hearts and create little smiles by providing gifts and fun activities to children impacted by serious Illness, trauma and tragedy.

The Philadelphia Chapter was founded in 2007 by Jeff Mullen and Steve Grandizio after being inspired by the work of our founding chapter in Florida. Since then, Little Smiles of Pennsylvania has partnered and served hospitals, shelters and other children’s services throughout the tri-state area.
Volunteers are the driving force behind Little Smiles Pa! The special talents of our volunteers play an integral part in what we do, from producing community events to brightening a child’s day. If you are interested in joining our volunteer family, please fill out our Volunteer Application in the link above. Be sure to include how you wish to get involved so we can connect you to opportunities that match your interests.
If you have volunteered with us in the past but have not registered in our new portal, please do so that you can register for events as they come up! All volunteers must complete this application in entirety. All volunteers are subject to a background check. If you are under the age of 18, providing parental/guardian information serves as a signature and permission to a background check and contact as necessary.
